Day 196: Shared A Video

Every once and awhile we all need a little pick me up. For me, I listen to motivational speeches on TED and try to conjure up some inspiration. However, the video below is one of the best motivational speeches, if not the best, that I have ever heard. If you need to hear a few encouraging words, listen to this speech. It is 15 minutes or so, but it so worth it! If you get something out of it, I encourage you to share it as well.
